Moore River Retreat, Guilderton

Escape the city for the weekend and join me in quiet Guilderton. Together we will explore some tools that help us create the upward spiral of flourishing. We will investigate how we can be happier, healthier and more resilient against the stress of modern life.

The weekend package includes yoga (vinyasa, yin, restorative), meditation and pranayama. The sessions are suitable for all experience levels, you have options to be challenged or to take it easy.


Moore River Retreat is a short walk to the beach and the beautiful Moore River. There will be plenty of options for extra activities such as playing in the river with kayaks and stand up paddle boards, walking along the river and beach and bird watching. There are also lots of places in the house to chill out. There is a nice collection of hammocks to literally hang-out on.


Two night’s accommodation at Moore River Retreat (5 star rating on Airbnb)
Arrive after 5pm on Friday 26 March
Depart Sunday 28 March after brunch.


Our yoga retreat includes all your food which will be wholesome, fresh and delicious. There will be an opportunity to help in the kitchen, learning some cool cooking skills if you want.

· Healthy brunch after morning yoga on Saturday and Sunday

· Dinner (with optional cooking class) on Friday and Saturday night
· Meditation, Pranayama (breathing techniques) and asana practice before brunch on Saturday and Sunday
· Nourishing quiet afternoon yoga (Saturday) after a walking meditation along the river

· Free time to kayak, swim, walk, explore (kayaks and stand-up paddle boards can be hired or you can bring your own)


$400 per person staying in the bunk room (shared with up to 5 others)
$500 per person sharing a private queen-bed room
